Haddam Little League Offers Baseball & Softball Programs for Players Ages 4-16

All Returning Players: Please register online @

All First Time or New Players: Please attend one of the following in-person registration sessions:

  •  Please Note: All First Time or New Players must bring an original copy of the Player’s Birth Certificate at the time of registration.  Only a parent or guardian are authorized to register players.

2018 Registration Fee: $90 for the first child.  $50 for each additional child. Due at the time of registration.

Upcoming Important Dates

Player Evaluations: Saturday, March 10th at the HKHS Fieldhouse

Player Evaluations are intended to rate a player’s ability and are used as the basis for selecting players for teams.  All players are evaluated and advanced to a Minor or Major League team through a draft process after completion of the player evaluations.  Coaches will notify parents regarding the selection of their player.  All players must participate in evaluations to advance to a Minor or Major League team.  No player will be advanced against the parent’s decision.

Evaluation times are as follows:

  • Baseball: Ages 11-12 @ 8:30AM | Age 10 @ 10:00AM | Ages 8-9 @ 10:30AM

  • Softball: Ages 10-12 @ 12:00PM | Ages 8-9 @ 1:00PM

Opening Day Ceremonies are at Great Hill Athletic Complex on Jail Hill Road (Includes Team/Player Photos)

  • Major & Minor Leagues Baseball & Softball: Saturday, April 21st

  • Tee-Ball, Instructional Baseball & Softball, Sunday, April 22nd

LITTLE LEAGUE® USA Baseball Bat Standard
Please note that as of January 1, 2018, the new USA Baseball Bat Standard will be implemented. Little League-approved baseball bats that are approved for use for the 2017 season will no longer be acceptable for use in any Little League game or activity starting on January 1, 2018.
